We did a 964 sq. ft addition, and Damon took us through the project from Day 1. Starting with design ideas, permit applications, and then project go time. 3D construction brings experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as their expectations for quality of service is at top of their list. 3D construction team handled any challenges quickly and efficiently. They kept communication regularly throughout so we were prepared to make decisions as the project moved from one section (building) to the next, to the next (finishing). I recently had the pleasure of working with Damon, Owner of 3-D Construction, on our Corporate office renovation. I had brought him in originally to quote me on putting up two walls in our office to turn two offices into four. Due to our rapid growth in personnel, the scope of the project very quickly changed and resulted in every wall coming down and us re-designing the space from scratch. Damon was always responsive, flexible, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. It was by far the largest undertaking in my 17 years with the company at that point, but Damon worked very closely with me through every step and managed the project and sub-contractors with precision.
